User Story
As a PRTG User, I want to use %tags within my notifications.
Details of User Story
Being able to use tags within the notification itself would make it a breeze to either alert different groups, sort it into other alert systems, etc.
Acceptance criteria
- %tags* can be used in notifications as an additional placeholder

The following new placeholders are available:

| %objecttags | All tags of a sensor |
| %parenttags | All tags of a sensor's parent objects |
| %tags | All tags of a sensor and its parent objects |
