Dear support team,
As far as i know from PRTG documents, remote probes can save collected data for a short while, when their connection to core server has been lost.
But i never see this function in my case.
Does it need to any config? Or what's wrong with it?
Best regards

We can cosume about 20 minustes with a remote probe that has 600 multi request ping sensor with 30 seconds interval that each request.
So, in my calculation it should do 834 polls that take about 7 hours! While it show the outages in graphs for even 5 minutes!!
Or my calculation is not correct.

Hossein,
How much RAM does your remote probe server have installed? How much is available most of the time when the machine is running?

The remote probe has 3GB RAM and always uses only 20%. The system health sensor in 10 days show 80% available memory in this remote probe.

Hossein,
The remote probe will hold data for up to 500,000 polls before it starts to drop them off.
How long are the outages happening for?
