How to achieve additional security when signing in to PRTG using Okta?
As of PRTG 22.x.76, you can use Okta as a single sign-on (SSO) provider in PRTG with multifactor authentication (MFA). Using MFA provides an extra layer of security when signing in to PRTG. To enable Okta’s MFA feature, Okta SSO should already be integrated into your PRTG installation. If Okta SSO for PRTG is not set up yet, follow the steps in How to integrate Okta SSO into PRTG? to do so.
Once you have integrated Okta as an SSO provider in PRTG, you can enable MFA from your Okta Admin Console. See the following resources to learn more about MFA and how to enable MFA for Okta.
