Downloading an already downloaded report again does not work
If you try to download a report that you have already downloaded, the download process might not work. This issue occurs if you use a third-party file manager app instead of the Files by Google app.
This is because the Android operating system stores the paths to downloaded files in an internal database. If you delete a downloaded report with a third-party file manager app, this entry is not deleted from the database. This means that if you download the report again, PRTG for Android tries to create a database entry that already exists.
Troubleshooting
We strongly recommend that you use the Files by Google app for downloading reports. This ensures that when you delete a report, the entry in the database is deleted as well so that there will be no issues when you download the report again.
