I can't add a domain user to PRTG despite AD integration. I can add AD groups but not domain users, only local PRTG users are available. What am I doing wrong?

It contains a step-by-step guide to use Active Directory accounts. The caveat is that you can't create users. When working with active directory authentication, you create a PRTG group and link it to an existing Active Directory group. Every user in that associated AD Group will be able to log-in with their active directory credentials from that moment onward. As soon as they log-on for the first time, the corresponding account will be created in PRTG.
