I have activated CloudWatch metrics in my Amazon Web Services (AWS) account. How much does it cost to use the AWS API to run Amazon CloudWatch sensors?

Cost for running Amazon CloudWatch sensors

If you create Amazon CloudWatch sensors, each sensor sends requests to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) API with each scanning interval. Depending on the service that you monitor with the sensor, PRTG sends about 10 to 30 requests per scanning interval to Amazon.

Amazon charges a small amount of money for those requests. For price information, see https://aws.amazon.com/cloudwatch/pricing/.
