How can I prevent temporary internet files to be saved in my system?

How to prevent .js files to fill up in this location: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 ? 

Unfortunately, this is a known issue of the Internet Explorer, which PRTG potentially uses with the "HTTP Full Page"-Sensor.

You can prevent the files from being created by switching your HTTP Full Page Sensors to the Chromium Engine.
