How do I transfer the data / database / snmp device settings from one pc on C drive to new server?

What's the best way to migrate PRTG from an XP workstation to a new Windows 2008 server, with the program and data files on different drives? Should I back up the data from C on the old system and restore it to D on the new server after installing PRTG?
