When configuring PRTG channels, only Channels 5-10 appear, while Channels 1-4 (which are /24 subnets) do not show up. What needs to be changed to display all channels correctly in the Channels tab and on graphs?

The channels do not appear, unless PRTG has detected traffic that matched the pattern. So, if you would wait a longer time (and then sometime traffic would flow that matches a definition) the other channels should also appear.
Please also bear in mind, that once a traffic was "put" into a certain channel it cannot be accounted for another channel as well.
