I was woundering if you plan to add an phonenumber field in the user account. Today we have to manualy input the numbers in "Recipient Number" under Notification, what I'm after is the same possibility in Email, just add the group with users.

We are now in v12, and still no phone number field, as I remember this feature was told to come in v9, but it never did.

Sorry, but we did not promise a certain version for this, which is exactly what's meant by 'no ETA has been set. It's still on the wish-list.
