When windows is shutdown, Enterprise Monitor crashes with Access Violation, this happens on many PCs and systems.
It is impossible to shutdown a PC nicely, without first closing PRTG.
If it is a proper windows application, it should obey the rules of Windows and close in a proper fashion when the host OS shuts down.

Hello,
we cannot reproduce this issue here with PRTG 12 and a Windows 7 test machine on which the Enterprise Console is installed. Which exact version of PRTG is installed? And which Windows versions are involved? Can you maybe send a screenshot of the Access Violation via email to support@paessler.com?
best regards.
