We are runing PRTG NM on Windows 7 Professional with slovak localization. When trying to show historical data, we get incorect time span for every interval setting and the data are not shown. -> Report Time Span: 30. 12. 1899 0:00:00 - 30. 12. 1899 0:00:00 I have customized regional setting to english, but no effect on date understanding.

We are using PRTG Network Monitor 9.2.0.2230 on Windows 7 Professional with slovak localization (language was selected as native during installation). Before tried it on english WinXP, and no problem.

Which browser are you using? Can you try if the issue persists with PRTG 12?

We are using Mozilla Firefox 10.0 web browser. PRTG is installed, licensed and used by customer. Is an update to version 12 possible without loosing license ?

if your customer still has maintenance for his license, an update to version 12 should be of course possible.

Maybe you want to try PRTG 12 first on a native Slovakian OS and check if the issue is solved, before upgrading your customers installation
