I am trying to get to my PRTG site through Safari on my iPhone and I get the login screen for both AJAX and the Mobile Web GUI but it won't login. It acts as if I typed in the wrong password when I haven't. It says "Please log in!" Is this supposed to work? Do you have to buy the app to get there on you iPhone?

It is version 9.2.1.2279. I think this is the newest version.

Hi,
normally this should work. Can you double check your credentials (They are case sensitive and phones may change the first letter to capital)? Are you admin user?

I have tried two accounts that I can login with through my browser on my computer. Another admin also tried from his iPhone and could not get in. It is not working from an iPhone with the ajax version or the mobile version.
