How to Monitor Traffic LAN to Internet

Hello, I have a network with 2 unmanaged switches with a router/firewall linux appliance, and 30 PCs. I would like to monitor Internet usage bandwidth of all clients ( individial charts ). I wanted to know how i can manage to do so.
