restart the service

Is it possible to do a certain way without having to restart the service when you do not meet a certain number of counters? In other words, is it possible to avoid service restart when an error arises "Trying to restart PRTG Probe. Reason: more than 50 unresponsive scan threads."? For reasons beyond my control, the counters can not be put on pause. But the restart of the service leads to serious conflicts with another department that deals with this monitor by monitoring maps.
