Hi,
for SNMP onitoring on Windows you might want to look at SNMP Informant. The offer also a free product "SNMP Informant Standard" which gives you approximately 200 Counters for every Windows machine.
You will have to use the MIB Importer to import the SNMP Informant MIBs for usage in PRTG.
