After generating the PDF report I can't open it. The link we access to open the report in "Stored Reports" is bringing this address: "/reportpdfs/7913/PRTG%20Report%207913%20-%20Azul%20-%20Rel.%20CPU%20(Gr%E1fico)%20-%20Created%202012-03-06%2009-41-19%20(2012-02-28%2000-00%20-%202012-03-07%2000-00)%20UTC.pdf" and the error "404 Not Found". These kind of variables are mixed with the name of the report so the browser can't find the file to open. What am I supposed to do? Thanks

Hello,

what is the name of the Report (from which the PDFs are generated)?

best regards.

The name of the report is "Azul - Rel. CPU (Gráfico)"

The 'special characters' in (Gráfico) may be a problem here, while we are working on a fix, please try renaming the report so that '(Gráfico)' is not in the name (as a work around). PDF-Files then generated under the new name should be ok again.

It Worked! I discarded this possibility because I compared with the PRTG 8 reports and I did it the same way. I didn't think it could be a bug. Thanks a lot!
