Connecting to the demo prtg configuration works fine. But to our own installation, it does not. I get a Connection timed Out error.
What could be the issue? I double checked the access and login credentials.

Yes, our installation in accessible from the internet. Using port 8003. And yes, it is accessible from a browser.
