When alarms are confirmed, PRTG looses this information if the Server with the PRTG installation is rebooted. Are there any workarounds for that? Thanks!

maybe send you Logs (system) folder to support@paessler.com so that we can take a look at the log files

which exact version are you using. PRTG should keep this information since version 9.
