False Positives

Hi There,

I seem to be having a false positive on ping request, 75% of sensors are working but to some not.

I can however ping the device from a command prompt on the O/S??

Any ideas?

have you tried increasing the Ping Count Settings on those sensors? Maybe there is a bit of packet loss.
