Tried to use the Update feature to 9.2.0.2142 and although it started ok, the update failed because the file C:\Program Files\PRTG Network Monitor\website\controls\whatsnew.htm was marked as Read Only, which as I've never changed any of the controls folder must have been part of a previous update.

I can send on the log files if needed.

we are aware of this issue. There is unfortunately only the workaround of a manual update. Therefore please log in to your account and download the latest installer. Then just run the installer on the machine where PRTG is installed.

Found the fix, manually changed the file whatsnew.htm to Read/Write and then used the auto update from the autoupdate menu and it worked.
