Hi,

I setup a NetFlow v9 custom sensor (from a Cisco 1812 router), and in the Toplists, I created a custom report including the Destionation MAC.

But the destination MAC are always empty and are displayed as : 00-00-00-00-00-00.

Using PRTG Network Monitor 9.1.6.1962

Hello,

can you please use Wireshark to record a capture file on the port on which PRTG receives the Netflow data? Please let the capture run long enough to ensure the Netflow9 templates are recorded, and then send it to us via email to support@paessler.com
