Hello, On PRTG 8 (the last), i tried to add monitor VM from my Xen Server 5.6. PRTG found correctly my VMs, but give this error : "IOHandler value is not valid"
I add a snmp sensor and it's work correctly. So it's not a SNMP prblm or firewall...
Any Idea ?

Yes, pool support is huge! We have over 100 servers in over 12 pools we would like to monitor, but our evaluation of PRTG is kind of stuck without pool support.
Any indication as to where this feature is on the development roadmap? is there a timeline?

We just jumped into PRTG and are actively using XenServer, this feature would be nice.

How's this feature progressing? We recently moved our clusters to XenServer to save licensing costs. We very much miss the ability to monitor guest servers across all server systems.

We're working on it. I can't promise if it's going to be in the first release of PRTG 9, but probably still this year.

We're on version 9.1.5.1900 now and the year is coming to an end. Any progress on the ability to monitor pooled XenServers yet?

No, I was monitoring both Hypervisors. Should I just have the 2nd one just checking basic stuff like ping? Is there a KB article for proper setup? I cannot find anything on it...

Can you please send us a few screenshots showing the error and what you are doing to support@paessler.com?

Hello,
is this by chance a Xen-Server Pool? As PRTG does not yet support monitoring Xen Server Pools.
Best Regards.
