how easy is it to integrate with HP ITSM product for automating support tickets?

would like to know if it is possible and how easy is it to integrate PRTG with HP ITSM, in order to auomate ticket creations base on specific alerts and assign to team members?

an integration should be possible using the PRTG API: PRTG - Manual and also your very own PRTG under Setup|PRTG API.
