Dear I have a switch that Cisco 3750, and PRTG 9.1.3.1793 Our many servers has connected to the switch. Actually, specific port could not monitor via PRTG. I tried specific port and it reconnect to empty port, then the specific port can monitor via PRTG .

Let me know What i am to do. Thanks .

Hello. Sorry for my english. For example)
Step1, Network cable of test server connect to #2 port on the switch. --> Monitoring not OK.
Step2, Network cable of test server remove from #2 port on the switch
Step3, Network cable of test server connect to #4 empty port on the switch --> Monitoring OK..

I tried to compare two port (#2, #4) onto the Switch but i could not found difference.

Please check the "Connection State Handling"-Setting on those sensors, is it set to "Show alarm when disconnected on all sensors"?
