Can you tell me if this version can integrate this kind of devises?

Hi i am a Telefonica Colombia PRTG administrator. We got an old version of PRTG and we are having some problems trying to integrate the Cisco CRS devises. Can you tell me if this version can integrate this kind of devises? Our PRTG version is PRTG Traffic Grapher V6.2.2.984

Hello,

as it seems these devices do support SNMP it might be possible to use the standard SNMP Traffic Sensors, or import MIBs from Cisco to PRTG.
