Hello everyone, I think the my PRTG isn't available to read input errors from a interface wan frame-realy.

is very strange because when I read that interface on router (cisco ) it shows for me many input errors but the PRTG doesn't show this erros.

I've checked the OID number in both router and PRTG is right as well as I have that sensor on device.

The PRTG is able to read traffic for this interface but input errors not.

any tip ?

Please use our SNMP Tester to scan against the device to see what it returns. To query data, the tester uses the same technology as PRTG does.

Are certain configurations on the switch necessary to enable SNMP monitoring for all available measurements?

A: I haven't done any configuration beyond of set community on the device.

I have do something on the device beyond set the community ?

remembered gets snmp for traffic it's working. only for packages discards and with erros that aren't show
