this can only be done in PRTG 9. The key would be using the improved Sensor Factory, to bring in both 2 "source sensors" and then setup a Status Formula in the Sensor Factory which will configure the Factory Sensor to only go into error-state if both source sensors go into error state as well (using the "AND" operator).
