Hi, I have two questions. If I acknowledge and alarm, does it pause the alarm just for that specific server. For example if I acknowledge a disk space alarm for server x, does it pause all disk space alarms, or just for server x.

2. When I click on my windows based prtg monitor, I can't acknolwedge the alarm, I do not see the option.

1. you do acknowledge only one alarm

2. which PRTG version are you using? In the PRTG 9 WIN GUI go to the Alarms tab and then right click a sensor. That should give you the acknowledge option.
