Currently I am monitoring mbps and #'s of discards for two OC-3's. However the "mbits" is on the left side of the graph and I would like to put it on the right side swapping it with the discards scale. The newest information is on the right and it would be more convenient to see the bandwidth there since that's my main concern.

Scales of PRTG's graph are added automatically based on the channel ID. The order of scales cannot be changed.
However, in the sensor's Channels settings you can set Display settings, so certain channels are Shown in Charts.
You can also use a Sensor Factory sensor to combine only some channels into a new sensor, thus adding channels with the same scale.
