Hi, I'm using the email notification if a ping sensor of a device is down for 12 hours. Is it possible that the sensor list of the down device be in that email? I didn't this option in the placeholders.. can anyone help?

Hello,

it's not possible to include all current alarms/errors in a notification, but if you would setup a public map with an alarms-table on it, you could include the link to this map in the notification emails, and then your staff could go to the map with one click and see all current alarms.

Hi Torsten, I don't want all of the alarm in the notification. i need only the sensor list of the device that triggered the notification. is it possible?

No, I'm afraid that's also not possible, the Notification function does not know the list of sensors on the device.
