I have an SNMP sensor for page counter. I can see the lowest and highest value in a month in a monthly report but I need the difference of the two value. (How many pages printed in that month) Can I made any operation with the reported value?

I'm afraid this is not possible within PRTG. You could however use the PRTG API to get the values into a CSV-Format and then do the calculation with a script yourself.
