I have attempted to install the Linux SNMP OID library for SNMP monitoring, but SNMP monitoring fails to function. It appears that ucb-snmp-mib oidlib may not be installing.

Otherwise, SNMP is functioning normally on the target server. I am able to query SNMP OIDs from other Linux servers using the 'public' string and v. 1 as well as v. 2c.

How can I manually install and configure ucb-snmp-mib oidlibs?
