Breaks in graph display off peak

The prtg server is running on the verion 8.3.1.2089, After an upgrade from the previous version (7) during Off-Peak hours there seems to be breaks on the graph. It display between the hours of 5pm to 8pm, all configurations have been looked at thoroughly still have found any solution.I humbly need the help of my fellow users out there to help out.

Secondly, at the end on the month the reports are generated but rather fails to send via email.
