What's the best method to create rotating schedules for on-call staff?

Is there also a way select weeks-of-the-month instead of just days-of-the-week?

I'm afraid in the moment it's only possible to set schedules in terms of days of the week. But this will be improved with PRTG 9.

The way we do this is by having PRTG send its notifications to a fixed email address e.g. prtg@mydomain.com.

Next we use a custom build application that periodically pops the email and knowing who is the volunteer of duty, forwards it to that person.

The rotated schedule is maintained in the external application.
