Is it possible to setup syslog sensor to make a down alert not only a warning alert ? As far as we can see at the moment,once some message arrives on syslog sensor with a specific keyword,only an warning can be raised and we need to make sensor down when this message arrives

Is it possible ?

Could you please let us know what are suggested procedures to have a sensor down on PRTG and trigger its state with an incoming syslog messages ? Is is possible at all to have any sensor down on PRTG regarding incoming syslog messages ?

You could try setting the "Upper Error Limit" to 0.
