After applying a Google API key none of the main menu entries are working. If I click on them nothing happens. The same applies to the "tabs". I can see Javascript errors in the Javascript Console.
None of the menu entries of the web interface work. Also, the tabs don't work

Incorrect Google API String
If you are also seeing Javascript errors in the Firebug console when using Firefox, this can happen if you enter an incorrect Google Maps API string under the website settings (e.g. a URL instead of the actual key, which only consists of characters and numbers).
Because the Javascript code is affected by the incorrect key you can not go to the website settings anymore.
Instead enter this URL:
http://[yourprtgserver]/controls/objectdata.htm?id=800
Here, you can edit all of PRTG's website settings. Select "No Google Maps" and enter "xyz" instead of the currently defined API key. Then scroll down and submit the form. You should now have access to the menus again.
Note: This only an issue with PRTG 8
