We have a dual-homed, bgp-peered ISP edge with two routers (Cat 6500s) both of which are doing netflow v5 exporting to the same PRTG sensor port. By the laws of BGP, it's possible that packets may ingress on router A but then get routed to router B for egress from our network because B is "closer" to the final destination. (very) Expensive netflow analyzers such as Lancope's will recognize these flows as duplicate and discard one of them to prevent duplicate data. Will PRTG also de-duplicate such flows?

I'm afraid such a functionality is not planned, at least for the near future.
