I want to monitor a service through WMI, which I have setup with a state trigger. When setting up the sensor, it asks if i want to issue a restart command, which I am doing. I also want to setup a notification so when the service is down, I get an email. Is there something special I need to specify in the latency of the event, because I am not receiving the email that the service was down. I currently have the latency set to 10 seconds.

Hello,
only the Change Trigger will notify when a service (monitored via WMI Service sensor) is restarted.
best regards.
