QoS measurement

My network guys have configure 4 different QoS policies in the cisco router which result in 4 different 4 different bandwidth limits. VIP users has a higher allocation of bandwith and normal users will have a lower bandwidth. Can PRTG collect the bandwidth utilization data for the 4 different bandwidth allocated?

how does the router discern between a VIP user and a normal user? By IP?
