Licence - but no internet connection.

We have a PRTG install to complete, but the server has NO access to the Internet, as it is installed within a totally secure network.

How will we licence the software, as my understanding is that the server attempts to validate the licence with Paessler?

Dear Ian,

the activation can be done by email. So you could browse to the PRTG Host from your very workstation/PC, try the normal activation, which will then fail, and then start Activation by Email (you can then copy the request code from the PRTG Webinterface into your email client and send it to us at activation@paessler.com).
