I would like to know some things about PRTG 8.4. What's the backup's recommendation? is it necessary to update the remote probes softwares? What is the minimum hardware for this version?

for backups of PRTG, please see How do I backup all data and configuration of my PRTG installation?
Remote Probes should update themselves automatically.
