I follow this guide "https://www.paessler.com/knowledgebase/en/topic/413-how-can-i-move-migrate-my-prtg-installation-to-another-computer" to change our prtg network monitor to another server with the same configuration but when i login in the new server with "Ajax GUI" in the browser appear this error "404 Not Found" and in the URL direction appear http://server_IP:port/users.htm
The version of the prtg (source and target) are the 8.4.1.2283, the path of the dat files on the source server is \Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V7 but in the new server dat files are on \Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\V8, i don´t know if it is a problem version 8.4 with dat files path on V7.

Hello. I have cheked in the new server in the path "\PRTG Network Monitor\website\" not exist the file "users.htm", i copy the file from the old server to the new server and it seem ok. Thanks for all.

the v7/v8-difference is not a problem. Is the PRTG Core Server Service running on the new host? if so, can you please send us the full logfiles to support@paessler.com?
