The remote probe is listed as disconnected, with red sensor. And all other sensors are gray. What happened? How can we solve this problem?

did you already try to restart the remote probe?

Yes, I tried to restart the remote probe, but still disconnected.
I sent the logs of one of the probes disconnected, but you have not returned.
