The remote probe is listed as disconnected, with red sensor. And all other sensors are gray. What happened? How can we solve this problem?

Yes, I tried to restart the remote probe, but still disconnected. I sent the logs of one of the probes disconnected, but you have not returned.

did you already try to restart the remote probe?
please open a support ticket by sending a mail to support@paessler.com
please forward us your system log files for analysis? You can find the same under
