Hi I am trying to configure mail setting on my enterprise version. but nothing is happening. getting "not able to connect"

but when i am trying the same on Eveluation Version, there is no problem, I am getting notification. please suggest how to configure the same on my Enterprise Version.

do the installations have the same mail settings? Are you using your own mailserver? Is the PC with your enterprise installations allowed to relay?
