Remove Group Name

I want to delete a wrongly created group name. Basically I manage to delete from user group which located at setup menu. However, I found out it still appear in 'On Trigger' down drop menu which at State Trigger(s) function.

you will have to rename the notification manually under "Setup"->"Account Settings"->"Notifications".
