Hi,I have an issue with prtg for monitoring Cisco asr 1000 interfaces.

Whenever the bandwith on a GE or POS interface in the Cisco ASR 1000 goes above 70 Mbps,the PRTG graph becomes too jittered.

which exact version of PRTG are you running? With which sensors do you monitor these interfaces and with which scanning interval?
