Netflow sensor is loosing data

I had now 2 times in 24 hours that I get an error "This sensor has not received data for 1 hour 23 minutes."

what can I do about it?

can you please provide more details? Which Netflow Sensor Type? What are the settings?

I use the Sensor Name NetFlow V5 1 (ID 2230) Type (Interval) NetFlow V5 (60 s)

Timeout is 60 minutes

Channel config set to Detail no filters..

I'm afraid then with this high timeout and the scanning interval of 1 minute, then this unknown state can happen. Please try setting the active flow timeout to 5 minutes (also on the sending device of course).
