Is there a way to speed up the web interface with multiple users?

We have a brand new dual quad core/24 GIG RAM server. We have PRTG on multiple monitoring stations and the web interface is slow especially at login. The server CPU and RAM usage are minimal. Is there a way to increase the web performance. Google Chrome is the only browser we use for PRTG. ver 8.3
