Hi there,

We translated PRTG to Chinese language. Everything looks fine after loaded the Chinese.lng file. However, the reporting seems not working. We tried to manually run the report, there's no error prompt, but nothing is created in the report directory. We also enabled auto report, it even shows the date of last report correctly, but there's nothing in the report directory.

Could you advise how to troubleshoot this?

which version of the Internet Explorer is installed on the PRTG Server/PC and which exact version of PRTG are you running?
